Tarmac Driveways Sandiacre Tarmac or asphalt driveways can be seen all over the country and remain a very popular option. They can be one of the cheapest options depending on the current state of your driveway and if you already have a tired tarmac driveway and relatively inexpensive option to bring a new lease of life to your driveway would be to resurface it. Most existing asphalt driveways are black but modern technology has enabled a wider variety of colours to be chosen in tarmac. Popular colour options, other than black, include red, buff, salmon, green and blue. The use of new colour compared to that of your existing driveway can completely transform the approach to your house.

Block Paving SandiacreBlock paving continues to be the most popular paving option. It has a number of advantages to other driveway material options once of which is that you can mix and match different driveway blocks to easily create your own driveway design - totally unique to you. You can also lay them to create wave or circle designs so block paving is extremely versatile. Whilst it may need a little more maintenance than some other driveway options to keep moss and weeds at bay by being individual block should an accident occur and a few blocks get broken it is a relatively simple and cheap to replace them.

Resin Driveways SandiacreResin Driveways are the fastest growing driveway types in England. Whilst this is not one of the cheapest options it can look stunning and is available in an ever growing choice of colour options. Are well as being durable it allows good drainage whilst still preventing the growth of weeds or moss, so requires very little maintenance. There are two options resin-bonded, or resin-bound driveways which are NOT the same thing. We would always recommend resin bound as this provide a superior long lasting surface finish.

Concrete Driveways
Concrete driveways are a good choice if your driveway is going to be used for some heavy duty activities. If you are going to be loading and unloading large and heavy items, which means your driveway is going to be getting many knocks and bumps concrete is a good choice due to its robust nature. Additional draining may be required if there is no natural rain run off area as concrete is non porous.

Patterned Concrete Driveways
.Along with Resin patterned concrete is rising in popularity. Where standard concrete is somewhat dull and industrial looking patterned or imprinted concrete it completely the opposite. By adding colours and hardeners to the top of wet concrete a colours sheen finish is achieve. The final process simple 'stamps' a pattern into the wet concrete which can provide the effect or cobbled or paved finish yet there are no actual gaps between the stamped pattern. As a result this is also a low maintenance option with a stunning visual finish.
